ERP for Manufacturing
Shop-floor to ledger, with true cost on every unit.
If you buy raw material, make something and sell it, three questions decide your profit: what did it really cost me, do I have enough material for the next order, and when will the customer pay. Viamione keeps purchasing, stores, production, sales, GST and accounts in one place so those answers are always one click away — not a month-end exercise.
Costs hide in spreadsheets, raw material runs out mid-order and nobody knows the real margin on a finished product until month-end.
Cost sheets, production receipts and repacks consume raw material and produce finished goods inside the same stock ledger that feeds sales, purchasing and accounts.
Sound familiar?
These are the things business owners in this industry tell us. Here is what changes.
“I only know my real margin at the end of the month — if then.”
Material, labour and overheads sit in different sheets. A cost sheet per product, rolled up automatically, shows what each unit really costs.
“The order is ready to go but a raw material is out of stock.”
Without a live view of stock against open orders you find shortages when production has already started.
“Purchase bills don’t match what actually came in.”
Receipts, purchase orders and vendor bills are matched in three steps so you pay only for what you received.
“E-invoice and e-way bill take half a day.”
Tax details are already on the invoice and delivery, so the GST payloads are prepared for you.

How work flows in Manufacturing
- 1
Purchase raw material
The purchaser raises a purchase order to an approved vendor at agreed rates and terms. Approval limits stop unplanned spending, and the order stays linked to everything that follows.
- 2
Receive at the store
When material arrives, the store records the goods receipt against the order — full or partial, by batch. Stock updates in the right warehouse immediately, so planners see what is really available.
- 3
Produce
A production receipt consumes raw material and creates finished goods. The cost sheet gives the true cost per unit, including labour and overhead, so you know your margin before you quote.
- 4
Sell and dispatch
The sales order reserves finished stock. Dispatch creates the delivery challan and reduces inventory, and partial deliveries are tracked against the order.
- 5
Invoice and collect
A GST invoice and e-invoice data are prepared from the delivery. Payments are matched to invoices and overdue amounts are followed up with reminders until the receivable closes.
Who uses it in your company

Raises purchase orders, receives goods, tracks batches and acts on reorder alerts before production is stopped by a shortage.
Production head
Records production, yield and wastage, and sees how actual consumption compares with the cost sheet.
Accountant
Approves vendor bills, reconciles vendor ledgers and files GST using data that is already prepared.

The modules Manufacturing teams use most
Manufacturing: common questions
Can I track raw material and finished goods separately?
Yes. Both are items in inventory. Production receipts consume raw material and produce finished goods, so each has its own stock and cost.
Can I repack bulk material into smaller packs?
Yes. Repacks convert bulk stock into saleable pack sizes with cost carried across.
Do I need a separate GST tool?
No. E-invoice and e-way bill JSON and GSTR data are prepared inside Viamione from your invoices and deliveries.
