AI assistant: common questions

Can the AI modify my data?

No. The AI is strictly read-only and cannot create, edit or delete records.

Does the AI see other customers’ data?

No. It only sees data from your tenant and your active modules.

Which models power it?

Viamione routes between models through OpenRouter and supports local models via Ollama. Models are invisible to tenants; usage is metered with per-tenant credits.

Is there a usage limit?

AI queries per month depend on the plan: 10 on Free, 50 on Starter, 500 on Professional and unlimited on Enterprise.

GST complianceEvery invoice, delivery and purchase carries the tax data your return needs. Viamione builds e-invoice and e-way bill payloads from the transaction itself, so compliance stops being a month-end project.Offline POSViamione’s POS reads and writes to a local database, queues every change and syncs in the background — so an internet outage is an inconvenience, not a lost sale.
